Enter the lobby (tucked between two windows with mannequins) and take the elevator to the 4th floor. My unit is the first door on the right.
Parking instructions
The address of my garage is 1216 Santee St. There are two similar looking ones across from each other; park in the one on the same side of the street as the tallest building on the block (my studio building). Men will be waving flags, and you will see a white sign with black lettering that says “thick,” turn right into the garage next to it.
Say you're there for Carol and parking will be $10 instead of $20. They will have you park on the roof. Parking must be paid in cash or Zelle.

HMUAs rates start at $300
Covers hair & makeup changes. Simply arrive with a clean face and clean, dry hair.
Stylists rates range from $250-350+
Rate depends on length of shoot, number of looks, and stylist available. Stylist will provide all clothing & shoes, you simply show up.
